If you need to cancel an order, please contact us during our normal business hours as soon as possible, preferably by email to for the fastest response.

If the order has not shipped, we will stop the order and cancel or refund any charges we have posted for the order. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on any order that has been shipped prior to cancellation that is refused at time of delivery, or is shipped in good faith but returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You will receive your refund within 4 weeks of the receipt of your package by the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Refund processing time includes:

Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
Return processing time after the package is received (3 to 5 business days).
Bank processing time after receiving the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We do not accept returns on used products.

When a return is valid you are subject to a 30% restock fee.

Original Shipping costs are not refunded.
